We are a husband and wife team who have been managing properties in the Algarve since 2004.  Property Management was new to both of us but our previous work and life experience gave us good skills to bring to our new venture. 

Starting with just a few small properties we have gradually built up the business to manage between 20 and 30 Apartments, Townhouses and Villas.  During this time we have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience and have developed a reliable network of local trusted tradespeople including builders, decorators, plumbers, electricians,  air conditioning technicians and solar technicians,  along with a network of dedicated service providers such as airport transfer operators, hire car suppliers, lawyers, accountants and insurance brokers. 

Through running our own condominium and clients’ properties we have experience of dealing with local authorities such as the Camara (local Council) and the Finanças (tax department). 

The majority of our property owner clients came to us by recommendation and have been with us for many years.  References can be provided upon request.

We aim to provide a dedicated and personal service, always maintaining a “hands on” approach.  Our goal is to make our owner clients feel safe and secure in the knowledge that their property and their guests are being well cared for.
